Long, horizontal panel. POV alley across the street.  In the lower corner of the panel you see the silhouette figures’ shoulders and maybe the side of their heads bordering the sides of the panel.  The silhouettes are sinister.  In focus is across the street at the makeshift clinic window door is Dr. Nathalie.  Dr. Nathalie has just turned a sign that says “CLOSED”.

DR. NATHALIE: BAYANI, TIME TO WAKE UP.  

Dr. Nathalie sits in the waiting room chair to the left of the recently awakened Bayani.  Bayani is rubbing his eyes of sleepy-time sand. 

DR. NATHALIE: WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE?  YOUR PARENTS WILL WORRY.

Long panel, in the shadows across the street, three sinister silhouettes nefariously congregate.  

Profile of Bayani and Dr. Nathalie.looking at each other.  She’s a little higher up.  She smiles from the cute compliment from Bayani.

Interior.  Storefront.  Three males, 20’s to 30’s.  Thugs. In detail no silhouettes.

Store door is wide open. 

Thug #1 is forward and full of bravo. He’s menacing and has ill intentions towards Dr. Nathlia.  Which is why they are robbing the clinic while she’s still in it.  He has a malicious expression on his face.
